When checking out, show your Gift Card to a store associate.
Online:
During checkout, look for the “Gift Card/E-Gift Card” section on the Payment page. Enter Gift Card Number and PIN, then press the APPLY button.
Bath & Body Works gift cards purchased in Canada are not redeemable online.

How to Find the PIN:
To redeem Gift Cards online, you must enter the Gift Card number as well as the PIN for each card during the checkout process. On the back of the Gift Card, your PIN is located beneath a scratch-off field.

Any unused balance on the Gift Card will be kept and can be applied to future purchases.
Electronic Gift Cards
